Building 20 reflects North Pointe Business Park’s commitment to Class “A” design and maximum functionality.

Tenants’ desire for smaller distribution space with access to dedicated docks and grade level doors led to the development of this buildings. The building is 32,750± SF with suites as small as 5,100± SF available. Each suite offers a storefront, a 12’ x 14’ grade level door and two, 9’ x 10’ dock high doors in the rear of the suite. As with other buildings in North Pointe, Ware Malcolm, the park’s architect, has focused on the overall development’s aesthetics by including substantial amounts of landscaping, locating employee parking in the front of the buildings, and placing the truck court, dock doors, and grade level doors in the rear of the buildings.
